Handel Architects is seeking unique and energetic designers with Revit experience to join our SoHo studio, and collaborate in the design of high-profile projects around the world. Requirements include either a Bachelors or Masters in Architecture from an accredited university, 5+ years of professional experience in all phases of project design, and proficiency in Revit, including a minimum of two built projects produced in Revit.

Architectural Revit Drafter and Project Manager - CA

Cebolla Architecture is seeking a creative, fun, intelligent person to join our team and lead the charge in producing construction documents in Revit Architecture.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS – APPLICANT MUST

• have a very strong working knowledge of Revit Architecture
• be located (or willing to relocate) within commuting distance of Kings Beach, CA

• have a good sense of humor and excellent communication skills

OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF – APPLICANT WOULD IDEALLY

• have 2 or more years of experience in architecture/design firms using Revit
• be able to teach Revit drafting skills to others
• have a quiet place and the self-discipline to work remotely on occasion
• have an eye for design and the ability to visualize spaces
• be a detail-geek
• be familiar with permitting regulations of the Tahoe-Truckee area
• own a computer with the capability to run Revit smoothly
• get excited about powder days

The position is temporary with the likelihood of future work. Compensation will be determined by skill level, efficiency, and ability to handle responsibility. All of our team members are expected to be self-motivated and largely self-directed. Hours vary depending on workload (averaging about 30 hours per week), and work schedule is flexible.
